Edible Philly Features NSC Urban Garden

The Growing Together Garden at 25th and Reed Street is where many of NSC clients come together in partnership with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the East Park Revitalization Alliance to train farmers. Many have previous farming experience from their home county, and are able to expand their skill sets in the value- added agriculture business. Moreover these Gardens give clients and Philadelphia access to produce otherwise not available in local markets including the African eggplant and Thai roselle.
