ICE Raids: Know Your Rights

The Administration has announced plans to conduct raids to arrest and deport immigrants with court-ordered removal orders in at least 10 cities. The ICE raids may also lead to collateral arrests of other immigrants present during the enforcement activities. Philadelphia is not currently on the list of ten cities. Nonetheless, it is important to be aware of your rights during any encounter with ICE.
You have rights whether or not you have lawful immigration status.
Please read the attached documents (provided in Spanish and English) for more information about your rights when ICE arrives at your home or workplace, or stops you in public.
