Betsy O'Neil Smith

Senior Manager of Education Initiatives

Betsy is the Senior Manager of Education Initiatives at NSC. Betsy has experience in many aspects of education, including teaching children and adults. She has taught in Syria, Kuwait, New York City and Philadelphia.

Betsy formerly worked on NSC's Employment team from 2008-2015. In this new role, Betsy is responsible for all aspects of the Education program at NSC. She has BA from Barnard College, an MA in Secondary Education from The City College of NY, and an English as a Second Language Graduate Certificate from Temple University.
