Carolyn Ziembo

Senior Manager of Organizational Data and Quality

In her current role as Manager of Data and Quality at Nationalities Service Center, Carolyn oversees the Data and Compliance Team and coordinates the contracted interpreter program. She is responsible for building and maintaining systems for data collection and reporting, client feedback, audit readiness, compliance, and program finances. Her goal is to ensure that NSC’s systems and reporting are focused on outcomes and program improvements to best serve clients and the agency.

Prior to joining as staff in 2019, Carolyn interned as a case manager with NSC’s employment team. She has also served in health and social services departments at another local immigrant-serving organization and with the City of Philadelphia. Before moving to Philadelphia, Carolyn provided administrative and operations support for an international technology non-profit organization for seven years. She has volunteered teaching English to adult immigrants in central Pennsylvania and Chicago.

Carolyn holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a Global Human Rights Certificate from University of Pennsylvania and Bachelors of Arts degrees in English and History from Loyola University Chicago.
