Eva Isabel Tirado Barrett

Lead Refugee Operations Specialist

Eva was born in Honduras, and raised in Pennsylvania. In 2019, she graduated from the University of South Carolina, BA in German, with Leadership Distinction. Eva joined NSC in March 2021, as a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager, supporting Syrian, Congolese, and Afghan families. During this time, she has helped many families in the Afghan Parolee Program. The experiences in the Resettlement program have led Eva to expand her language skills - such as learning Dari, becoming more fluent in Spanish, and maintaining her fluency in German. Now as the Lead Refugee Operations Specialist, Eva continues to assist refugees as they settle into their new homes.
