Job Developer

Iryna Pustovarova joined the NSC Employment Team in September 2023 as a Job Developer. She has received Master’s degree in the field of enterprise economics, graduated from the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University. She developed as a manager in the automotive and insurance industries, managed teams, organised the company's work and, had excellent achievements as a regional director at an Insurance Company. For a long time, she has been providing her volunteer and social activities because qualities like compassion and willingness to help those in need have always driven her. So in 2021, she received the Cross of St. Michael the Blessed for help in promoting and popularising the common good, peace and kind neighbourly relations between the Ukrainian and Polish peoples. Iryna is genuinely inspired by NSC's work, and eager to contribute to our mission and join the resilient, motivated, and global team of professionals at NSC. She is excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of immigrants and refugees and to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share the same vision.
