Family Support Specialist

Laura is originally from Colombia but has lived in Philadelphia since her arrival to the United States. In addition to enjoying the excitement that comes with living and working in the city of brotherly love, she stays active thanks to her 11-year-old, who keeps her grounded and motivated. The two of them enjoy free time together by going out if the weather permits or relaxing at home with some snacks, Legos and games.

She is excited to have joined NSC as one of the Family Support Specialists that will be accompanying the children eligible for our services. In her own words, "I am proud of the mission and the vision that we share here, and I am honored to join all of you in this journey."
