Nasr Saradar

Associate Director of Economic Empowerment

Nasr Saradar was granted his Bachelor of Art degree with majors in both Communication Studies and English Literature from Central College, Iowa, after participating in the highly selective (PLUS) program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. The aim of the program was to promote greater understanding of US values and to increase mutual understanding between the people of the U.S. and other nations. 

In Washington DC, Nasr Previously interned with Women Thrive Worldwide which advocates for women’s rights globally and is dedicated to empower worldwide vulnerable women and their families break free from inequality, violence and poverty. Nasr also received the Outstanding Participation in U.S. Community Award from the U.S. Department of State.

In Syria, he worked as an Employment Specialist at the Third Millennium Centre where he was an English Language Coordinator and advisor. At Damascus University, he received his Master’s Degree in Linguistics and soon became English Language adjunct helping build bridges and mirror US values.  

Nasr is enthusiastic to be part of the NSC employment team to help promote work culture awareness and match job opportunities with clients’ qualifications.
