Pamela Jones-Burnley has been with NSC since 2008. She began her career as the Office Manager, managing NSC operations and ensuring effective and efficient administrative support for the agency. As the Sr. Director of Business Operations & Process Improvement, she is responsible for crafting policy, direction and strategic support to the Management team in the areas of Information Technology/ Web Strategy, Building Operations and Improvements, Financial Reporting, Tracking and Management, and the institutionalization and development of a true HR functionality within the organization. Before joining NSC, she was the Administrative Director of a women’s peace and justice international organization, where she served for more than 30 years managing the day to day operations of a non-profit with administrative and computer technological skills.
