As the Vocational ESL Liaison, Summer Jan helps provide English classes to ERP and MG clients at NSC. Summer has an extensive background in teaching English. She has a BA degree in English and MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Since 2012, Summer has worked in ESL and adult education programs at several institutions including the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Arcadia University, and the Community College of Philadelphia. She joined the NSC in 2023. She is excited to help NSC clients pursue their language-learning goals and thrive in their new communities.
