Dr. Peter Yeomans Joins Board of Trustees

Peter Yeomans, Ph.D., M.Ed., is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia where he currently holds the position of PTSD Outpatient Team Leader. Dr. Yeomans earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University and completed his Clinical Psychology internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. In working with those who have chosen careers of public service at great personal sacrifice, Dr. Yeomans has treated and advocated for countless veterans and civilians as they navigate trauma, grief, substance abuse, and more. Dr. Yeomans’ expertise in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events will provide invaluable support to NSC’s mission to provide comprehensive services and care to immigrants and refugees, many of whom are survivors of torture, war, and other traumatic events.
